The new apartment had excellent swimming pool, nice decorations, and all amenities needed. It is located near the beach and restaurants, with polite and helpful staff. a pleasant stay and highly recommended!

The Easter holiday at this hotel was a pleasant experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The villas were well equipped and provided amenities like high-speed internet and Netflix, which added to our enjoyment. The location was great, with multiple beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the private pool was a fantastic way to relax and cool off in the hot weather.
One drawback was that the bus station was quite near, which could be a bit noisy at times. It would have been better to have a car rental to fully explore the island.

I keep coming back because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, kettle, AC, airport shuttle. I remember when the staff helped me with a wake-up call. It suits me perfectly. Hiking, snorkelling, massage. I'm coming back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful villa near stunning beaches. The location was perfect, with convenient access to Rawai and Ya Nui Beach. We loved exploring the area on the free push bikes provided. The villa itself was spacious, modern, and well-designed, with all the amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the coffee machine and having a cup of coffee each morning. We loved the spacious and private villas at Ya Nui Beach. the pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and entertaining the kids. the nearby mini mart and cafes made it convenient for us to grab snacks and drinks. the free bicycles and local mobile phone were a nice touch. the staff were always friendly and ready to assist us with any queries or advice. the location was great, with Rawai beach and Ya Nui Beach both within walking distance. And the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for us adults.
Felt like a true getaway, nothing too much trouble.

I had an amazing stay at this beach villa! the rooms were spacious with private bathrooms, and the dining area had a well, equipped kitchen. the private swimming pool was a little paradise, perfect for relaxing after a day at the nearby beaches. the owner, Daniel, was always available and the staff provided excellent service. the location was great, with local restaurants and a 24, hour supermarket within walking distance.
That there were roosters nearby, so be prepared for an early wake, up call.
